USA Judo Regional Training Camp Florida

The first of many USA Judo Regional Training Camps in 2020 was held in Tallahassee Florida on January 11.

Four-time Olympian Brain Olson hosted a clinic for 50 athletes, ranging from beginner to national masters. During the clinic, Olson focused their training on De-Ashi Barai, Koshi Garuma, Osoto- Gari, and Newaza transition.

The following day, athletes had the opportunity to test their new moves at the Capital City Judo Championships.
