Dakar African Open

Leilani Akiyama found the podium at the African Open in Dakar on November 16, 2019! The bronze medal win moved her up 4 spots on the IJF World Ranking List.

After overcoming an injury, Akiyama is back competing and moving up the ranks - currently #55 in the 57kg category on the IJF Olympic Ranking List.
