National Development Team Head Coach Job Announcement

(Colorado Springs, CO) – USA Judo is pleased to announce that a nationwide search has been opened for the role of National Development Team Head Coach.

The National Development Team Head Coach will work directly with USA Judo’s High Performance Director and Coordinator to create, develop and implement the first-ever USA Judo resident development team, camps, testing and competitions based at the US Performance Center (USPC) in Charlotte, NC.

The ideal candidate will be a well-accomplished judo coach with a proven track record of competitive results, recruiting and holistic development of athletes both on and off the mat. This position is a full-time exempt role that will report to the High Performance Director and work closely with the entire national office.
