Renew Your Membership by August 18 to Vote in the USA Judo Election

USA Judo will be holding an election in October to fill six Board of Directors positions whose terms end on Dec. 31, 2022:

• 2 At-Large Directors
• 2 Athlete Directors
• 1 Referee Board Member
• 1 Independent Director to be selected by the Nominating & Governance committee

All voters for the At-Large and Referee Board Member positions must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a current USA Judo member in good standing by August 18, 2022 and remain current through October 21, 2022.

Those seeking to vote in the referee election must be a current referee member of USA Judo in good standing (as defined in Section 5.1.a.3 of the USA Judo Bylaws) by August 18, 2022 and through October 21, 2022.

The athlete directors will be voted on by USA Judo elite athletes as defined in Section 6.6.b of the USA Judo Bylaws.

The Nominating & Governance Committee will be releasing information on how to nominate individuals and the election procedures in the coming week.
