Sooner Judo Club Atemi Clinic

This clinic will go over the basic techniques of atemi (striking), drawing on the various kata of Judo. The basis of this clinic being that proper defense comes from practice of defending a proper strike. Improper striking technique propagates improper defense of strikes.
Clinicians hold teaching rank in Taekwondo, in addition to rank in Judo.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all current USA Judo and ATJA members, aged thirteen (13) or older. The primary focus will
be on judoka with little or no prior experience with striking.
REGISTRATION
Registration for this event will be $10 per person or $20 per family, payable at the door.
