The Events will consist of Junior, Senior and Veterans Shiai. This tournament is open to all competitors 5 and over who possess a valid National Governing Body Membership Card such as USJA, USJF, USA Judo or Foreign Federation membership card.

Format: Double Elimination for brackets over 5 Competitors, Round Robin for brackets with less than 5 competitors.
RULES
Current IJF Rules Will Apply with slight modifications
The event will do everything possible to give all competitors at least 2 matches.
All matches will be 3 minutes, with golden score.
All competitors must bring their own blue and white belts. If blue Gi is worn, it may only be worn if the competitor is called second in their bracket.
13-16 YEAR OLD DIVISIONS
Chokes are allowed. NO ARMLOCKS
SENIOR NOVICE DIVISION
CHOKES AND AMR LOCKS are NOT allowed.
SENIOR ADVANCED DIVISION
Chokes and Arm locks are allowed.
VETERAN NOVICE DIVISION
Chokes and Arm Locks are NOT allowed.
VETERAN ADVANCED DIVISION
Chokes and Arm Locks are allowed.
Cost
Early Entry Fee - $40.00 before September 1, 2023.
Entry Fee - $45.00 October 1, 2023
Late Entry Fee - $50.00 October 17, 2023
NO WALK UP REGISTRATION
Weigh In Procedures
All competitors must give their weight when filling out the entry form. A check of weights will be done at the competition site on the morning of the matches. Competitors must be within 2 lbs. of their declared weight in order to compete in the division they signed up for.
If a competitor is over the 2 lbs. of the declared weight, the competitor will be moved to the appropriate division.

A final schedule will be e-mailed to all competitors, to the email provided, on Friday October 20, 2023.
